Lukas Strohm on the way to the Ironman long distance<\/h3>

Since 2022<\/b><\/span>, Lukas Strohm<\/b><\/span> has been ambitiously active in triathlon \u2013 and not half-heartedly. As early as 2023<\/b><\/span>, he secured Churfrankentriathlon<\/b><\/span> the victory in his age group<\/b><\/span>. A strong result that shows how much discipline and hard work are behind it. <\/p>

This was followed by four Ironman 70.3 races<\/b><\/span>, including in Zell am See<\/b><\/span> and at the Ironman Kraichgau<\/b><\/span>. Anyone who knows these distances knows that this is not a weekend hobby, but a real commitment<\/b><\/span> \u2013 physically and mentally. <\/p>

Lukas is currently preparing for the Ironman long distance in Frankfurt<\/b><\/span>. A goal that requires endurance, structure and absolute consistency. <\/p>

Performance connects \u2013 in sports as in profession<\/h3>
