The award recognized the project “When Values Become Visible,” through which the family-owned company repositioned its brand for its 75th anniversary.<\/p>

G\u00f6hler was deliberately quiet for a long time: strong in substance, but barely visible in communication. The anniversary marked the beginning of a new chapter. The award-winning project encompasses a comprehensive rebranding with a new web presence, an independent employer brand with its own design system, and an AI-generated film that tells the company’s 75-year history with the founder. Through a new channel, G\u00f6hler also specifically addresses a younger target audience \u2013 a response to the skilled labor shortage, demographic change, and the evolving expectations of Generations Y and Z. <\/p>
