Teamwork and Craftsmanship: Apprentices from Zeitz Build a Smoker

A real highlight for the first and second-year apprentices at the Zeitz location: Together with their instructor, they built an impressive smoker – a project that demanded not only craftsmanship but also teamwork and a lot of passion.

Over the course of weeks, the smoker was crafted with great dedication and attention to detail. The result: A custom-designed grill that has become a true masterpiece, not only functional but also visually stunning.

But that wasn’t all: The apprentices from Zeitz proudly presented their work to the apprentices at the Hösbach location. And the feedback was overwhelming!

Our managing director Michael Göhler was so impressed with the work that he personally took charge of the “first filling” of the smoker – after all, the grill has to run just as well as our machines!

The boss himself then traveled to Zeitz to officially put the grill into operation as part of a small commissioning ceremony. This gesture was not only a recognition of the apprentices’ hard work but also a symbol of the great cooperation and team spirit within the company.

We are proud of our dedicated apprentices who worked on this project with so much passion, and we look forward to many more exciting initiatives from the various years of apprenticeship.
