Since 2022, Lukas Strohm has been ambitiously active in triathlon – and not half-heartedly. As early as 2023, he secured Churfrankentriathlon the victory in his age group. A strong result that shows how much discipline and hard work are behind it.

This was followed by four Ironman 70.3 races, including in Zell am See and at the Ironman Kraichgau. Anyone who knows these distances knows that this is not a weekend hobby, but a real commitment – physically and mentally.

Lukas is currently preparing for the Ironman long distance in Frankfurt. A goal that requires endurance, structure and absolute consistency.
