The award recognized the project “When Values Become Visible,” through which the family-owned company repositioned its brand for its 75th anniversary.

Göhler was deliberately quiet for a long time: strong in substance, but barely visible in communication. The anniversary marked the beginning of a new chapter. The award-winning project encompasses a comprehensive rebranding with a new web presence, an independent employer brand with its own design system, and an AI-generated film that tells the company’s 75-year history with the founder. Through a new channel, Göhler also specifically addresses a younger target audience – a response to the skilled labor shortage, demographic change, and the evolving expectations of Generations Y and Z.

The award underscores the consistent evolution of the brand and its clear positioning as a reliable partner for demanding solutions in plant engineering. As an expert in industrial services and plant construction, Göhler Anlagentechnik combines technical expertise with practical implementation and supports clients in complex projects involving planning, construction, modernization, and service.
